BELIEFS
 The message that I seem to be getting about love is that when I am unhappy I do not feel love even when love is present.  When I feel whole, I feel loved.  I feel God's love, I feel like the universe loves and supports me, I feel loved and accepted by my friends and family.  The feeling of being loved actually comes from inside myself.  And the failure to love also seems to come from within myself. No one will ever love you more than you love yourself.

 


The universe is for me! 
They are for me!
You are for me!
I am for me!

Trust is the tight rope we walk above the abyss.  Trust is not about not getting hurt. Trust is a kind of courage that allows you to risk outrageous acts of love despite the risk of your own failure to win love.

When acts of love or courage occur in the face of no evidence that love or courage will be sufficient then that is trust or faith.  We trust because we know we are powerless to control life's outcomes.

We trust knowing that it is the only hope of our heart's survival in a world of cynicism and fear.  - J. Gadd
